Hello Loc’d Beauties! Welcome to Twisted Textures!! ✨Before you proceed to book, I would like for you to get familiar with my BOOKING POLICIES. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the terms and policies listed below. ✨DEPOSIT: Deposit is due at the time of booking by debit or credit card. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. ✨No deposit will result in the appointment being denied. ✨CANCELLATION POLICY: I understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. I kindly ask that you give 24 hours notice if you must cancel your appointment. If 24 hours notice is NOT given, you will be charged 100% of your service fee. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service. Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in my schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables me to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others. ✨NO-SHOWS: WILL be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. And you will be BANNED from booking. ✨LATE POLICY: Due to scheduling commitments to other clients’ schedules, I may need to reschedule/cancel any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late and you will be charged 50% of your service fee in order to book another appointment AND/OR will be charged $20 late fee at checkout. ✨EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT: Means anything outside of my business hours will require 50% of the service total in order to secure availability before confirmation is sent out. Covid Policy: ✨DO NOT BOOK IF THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO YOU; ✨You or anyone in your household are waiting on a pending COVID-19 test. ✨You or anyone in your household have been exposed to COVID-19 in the last 14 days. ✨You or anyone in your household have tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days. ✨You or anyone in your household has traveled outside the US within the last 14 days. ✨You or anyone in your household are currently exhibiting any allergy, cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms or have had these symptoms within 14 days. ✨You or anyone in your household are currently caring for someone ill. ✨If your temperature is 100.4 or higher you will be asked to reschedule. ✨Please do not bring any guests, they will be asked to wait outside of the salon. ✨Do not bring any food or drinks into the space. ✨Bring your own mask with ear loops. ✨You are required to wear your mask at all times. NonaRaye “Nona” (“A”) owner/loctician of Twisted Textures. Nona has been grooming healthy locs professionally for the last 16 years. Priding herself in caring for locs and not sacrificing healthy hair for styles. In 2018 she saw a need to create some unique pieces to adorn her crown of locs as she became a little bored with them and knowing color isn’t the only means of jazzing it up a bit birthed the idea of these handcrafted gems Twisted Treasures loc adornments. Always being a student, Nona currently is working on expanding her knowledge of hair professionally and working with other stylist as well as hands on classes to keep up with our ever growing and changing culture.
